Detailed Product Description

Model WT-600/30 mud pump is a horizontal, double action, piston type, duplex reciprocating pump. It is the key equipment for truck mounted drilling rig. The pump is used to produce high pressure mud which is sent to the bottom of well from inner hole of drilling pipes and then return to ground from the annular space. The mud flush the hole and cool the drilling bit, carry smashed core cuttings from the bottom of well to ground surface. The mud jetting from water hole of bit is to facilitate rock formation breaking and boost drilling speed.

The pump has feathers of compact structure, reliable pressure, steady displacement, high efficiency. It is usually assembles with the series of WTZ-300 truck mounted drilling rig.

The flushing liquid which used by 570/30 mud pump should not include any chemistry impurity which can rust the metal parts and rubber parts in mud pump. The mud also should not have any impurity like as weeds or leaves.
